Return and cancellation policy


Not satisfied with your order?

We want to know how we can improve!

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, unused, or send us a photo showing that the product is defective. We will verify the photo and in most cases we can solve your problem without a refund. We ensure that your money will be refunded to your account within five working days of receiving your order, or we will confirm a photo through our customer service.

Important: Beauty products and items purchased during sales or other discounts cannot be returned.

Returns by post

You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to exchange a product for a different size/colour or request a refund if it has been delivered to a parcel centre near you.

First you need to contact us via email to get the return address. As we have different distribution centres, we need to determine from which centre your package originated based on the reason for the return.


  1. GIVE US THE DELIVERY NOTE


Pack the product as securely as possible in the original packaging and include a note with your order number. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment. Therefore, always ask The Courier Guy/Aramex or PostNet for a tracking code when you return the parcel. Once you have sent the package, please contact us via info@Mzari.co.az if you want a refund or a different size/colour.

Note: Our headquarters are located in China. Please note that you need to send your parcel to our supplier (located in Asia) when you return the product.

  1. SHIPPING


Go to the nearest parcel centre (post office or parcel shop) and return your package.

When the product arrives at our warehouse, the size/colour will be adjusted as soon as possible or a refund will be arranged.

Cancellation of orders

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@Mzari.co.az. If you cancel your purchase within 24 hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, the goods must be returned to us as soon as they arrive to you.


Shipping costs

It is the customer's responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your purchase, the shipping costs will be deducted.


The time it takes to get your exchanged product to you depends largely on your location.

We always recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance!
